Eagle Broadband Signs $6.2 Million Agreement with Aero-Vision Technologies to Provide Set-Top Boxes & Financing for their High Definition In-Room Entertainment System for Luxury Hotels

Agreement Combines the Two Companies' Advanced Technology, Integration Experience, Financing Capabilities & Hospitality Expertise to Deliver Turnkey Revenue-Generation Solution for Hotel Operators

(AMEX:EAG), a leading provider of broadband and communications technology and services, announced today that the company has signed a $6.2 million agreement with Aero-Vision Technologies, an industry leader in multi-media technology and integration services for the hospitality industry, to provide set-top boxes and financing for Aero-Vision's state-of-the-art, high definition in-room entertainment system that Aero-Vision is deploying at a number of luxury hotel properties including several prestigious luxury hotels in New York City.
Aero-Vision's Multi-Media System (MMS) is a state-of-the-art, fully integrated digital in-room entertainment system specifically designed to meet the needs of hotel, resort and casino owners and their guests. The system provides for stunning high definition television and video on flat panel displays and offers service options for movies and music-on-demand, high-speed Internet access, online gaming, online concierge and other high-demand revenue-generating interactive services. Aero-Vision is delivering a turnkey revenue-generation solution for hospitality customers that includes design, integration, customization, installation and 24/7 support services. The Multi-Media System incorporates an advanced, multi-media set-top box custom-built by Eagle Broadband to Aero-Vision's specifications. Eagle Broadband is also providing up to $4 million in financing.
